THINGS TO DO
There are too many things to do in New York City and we're keeping you pretty busy with wedding events, but here are a few suggestions if you find yourself with some spare time...

Frida Kahlo Exhibition
At the Jewish Museum

The Atlantic Antic
A gigantic annual street fair in Brooklyn on Sunday, Sept. 21. Extra points if you know which Beastie Boys song references the Atlantic Antic.

Avenue Q
This new show is supposed to be great. Try to get some Saturday matinee tickets at TKTS, perhaps.

The New Yorker Magazine Festival
Three days of high-brow cultural events, discussions and book-signings.

Lower East Side Tenement Museum
This is a great museum and they have excellent walking tours of the neighborhood. You'll wish your grandparents never left. Tours start at 11am on the weekends.

See a Good Movie
But maybe not a big Hollywood blockbuster -- you can get that at home. Have you seen Winged Migration? How about American Splendor or Capturing the Friedmans? Good stuff! Check out what's playing at the Angelika, Film Forum, Sunshine, or the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

New York Mets vs. Montreal Expos
It's a 1:10pm Saturday afternoon game at Shea Stadium. You might have to miss the last inning or two to make it to our party, but hey.
